Here at Branson Regal, the health and safety of our guests is a top priority. Stonebridge Resort manages many of our properties and they always keep them like new. The resort never really closed and have been practicing CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting procedures since Mid March so the cleaning crew has lots of experience with getting the job done right. I know the owner of the resort and the associations boards of directors and I know they are totally dedicated to keeping the lodges and the environment as safe as possible for guests and staff.

The bottom line is, nearly all Branson vacation rentals are open now. Restaurants and stores in the area are open as well, with some rules about capacity and social distancing. Some of the larger attractions in Branson are closed at the moment but at least 20 shows, the IMAX theater and several attractions are open now. By mid June, almost all the shows will be open. Until mid June even if the opened shows are not of interest to you, there are fun options available already like boat rentals and outdoor activities.

For more specific details on show openings, check out the calendar on Branson Show Tickets site:

City of Branson:

As you can see, most restaurants and stores are open for business in the Branson area. Shows will mostly be opening over the next 4 weeks and attractions that are still closed will most likely be re-opening in June. So when you are ready to plan you’re next Branson vacation, we’re here to help! Now is the best time to book a summer vacation in Branson and we are currently offering a number of specials and discounts.

At this point in time, we are recommending to all our Summer and Fall guests to wait to cancel until 30-45 days prior to your time of arrival. It is quite possible that the danger will subside and restrictions will be lifted before your Summer Season arrival. It would be tragic to lose your vacation this year by cancelling too early. Just be sure to call us before your final balance is collected (in most cases 30 days prior to your arrival) or as soon as you know that you must cancel.

Carefully review the refund policy of your reservation and give us a call if you have any questions. While some of the property hosts offer a partial refund up till the final balance is charged, and no refund after that point, most reservations do not offer refunds at all. In those cases, you have two options if you decide to cancel:

  1. If you purchased travel/cancellation insurance or “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance, be sure to double check the terms of your policy. We can help you determine the best strategy to file a successful claim so you are reimbursed by the insurance.
  2. If you do not have insurance, or your circumstances make a successful insurance claim impossible, we have decided to offer you a full credit toward a future stay in one of our owned properties in Stonebridge Resort, or we will reschedule your trip to a future date with no change fees. You will have until December 20, 2021 to reschedule or to use the credit. Call if you have any questions about how this will work.

In order to make sure our properties in Stonebridge Resort are safe for your visit in May and beyond, we have confirmed that the Stonebridge Resort staff and cleaning crew are instituting special procedures, including:

  • Sanitizing surfaces (counters, door handles, bathrooms, etc.) whenever we have visitors
  • Sanitizing every two hours in frequented areas such as the front desk and reservation services.
  • Cabins, Condos, Homes – special attention to all touchable surfaces.
  • Removal of all packaging in the freezer because the virus on frozen foods can last longer.

By adhering to these strict standards, you can be assured that your visit will be safe. Taking the same precautions you would take at home for social distancing and disinfection, we can all stay safe and still enjoy some private R&R in Branson. In case you want to get away this late Spring, Summer and Fall, shoot us an email or give us a call and we’ll help with some of the lowest prices you’ve ever seen for lodging in Branson.

NOTE: For medical practitioners and other essential service providers who need a place to stay in our area in April and beyond, we are still offering our vacation homes at essentially our cost. We will continue to be diligent in providing a safe environment.
