While not actually held right on Father’s Day, this brunch and car show combination is being hosted on June 15th. A perfect way for both Dad and the kids to spend the day, there is nothing better than a world class brunch followed by exploring the world of amazing cars. Who knows, a new hobby for you and Dad to enjoy together could be uncovered! The Keeter Center is within easy distance of all of our Branson lodging.
Lake Taneycomo Boating and Fishing – This gorgeous lake winds its way through Branson and is the perfect place to bring Dad to relax along the riverbanks with a barbecue or picnic. Maybe take off on a river cruise sailing up and down the shores of this long lake to take in the sights. Fishing trips can be booked in advance and is the perfect way for Dad to spend his day if fishing is one of his hobbies. The lakes around Branson are known worldwide for their Bass, Trout, and other sought after trophy fishes.
Ripley’s Odditorium, Free Tickets for Dads – A perfect way to spend Father’s Day is by heading over to Branson’s version of Ripley’s Odditorium to take in some of the weird and wonderful things on show at their venue. Ripley’s is offering free entry to Dad’s on Father’s Day this year, so make sure you plan to check this out and work it into your schedule. Titanic Museum and Bass Pro Shops feature their Boat Show – The Titanic Museum and Bass Pro Shops are teaming up to showcase some of Bass Pro Shops’ newest editions of their boats from their Tracker Boat Center. The show will take place in their parking lot and is a great way for boat loving Dads to enjoy a day out. Even if they aren’t in the market for one they’ll have fun just seeing what these new boats have to offer. Dad will also get into the Titanic museum for free, so it’s a great way to combine both on your day out and about.
Golfing– Spread throughout the Branson area are a number of great well known golf courses. Giving Dad a round of golf as a gift is a great option for those who like to hit the balls around. Branson is actually a well know golf destination for those serious players. Go Karting and Miniature Golf – What could be more fun than challenging Dad to a Go Kart Race or a round of miniature golf. A great time that the whole family can join in on. Just one of the amusement style parks, that has both of these activities, is Pirates Cove, which is located close to any of our comfortable Branson cabins.
