We have been reserving units in Stonebridge since 2006 and have a “Reservationist Agreement” with other unit owners and with most of the hotels and resorts in the Branson area. What this means is that we can almost always find the perfect place for your vacation even if the units we personally own are already booked.

Since 2006 we have taken all bookings directly over the phone. In 2015, we will be phasing in the ability to book and pay for your reservation online. Details of this procedure will be added here when they become available but we will always be happy to discuss your needs and to take your reservation on a phone call.

Blank calendar pages occur on unit listings that have more than one identical property. We will not show dates reserved unless every property of that type is booked on those dates. We attempt to keep our calendars updated but sometimes reservations are made outside the system. We want to make sure your reservation is secure, so we will manually double check availability on every listing before final confirmation.

Our hotel room listings are not yet synced with every hotel’s calendar and pricing schedule. In order to insure that we quote you the lowest price (usually with the Low Price Guarantee) you will need to call us for a firm quote and to reserve hotel rooms.

All of our bookings are paid by a credit or debit card so all you do is call us to reserve the unit and we do all the rest. The deposit/final payment and refund terms are unique to each property, resort or hotel. Check the property listing for specific terms.

There are two general approaches to refunds. Some properties take a refundable deposit at 30 days before your arrival and the remaining balance at 10 days with no refunds within 10 days of arrival. Other properties take a deposit as early as at time of booking prior to arrival and it may or may not be refundable. Please check the terms of each individual property for details.

Many of our units carry a Low Price Guarantee. Covered properties will have a Low Price Guarantee icon noted on the property listing:

If you find that your reservation is offered for a lower price (same exact unit type and dates) you may call us to submit the Low Price Guarantee Form for review. The form must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the existing reservation deadline for cancellation. Within 3 working days after submission, we will send you an email indicating whether a refund can be issued for the difference in price.

All the properties managed by resorts and hotels are treated the same as booking a hotel room. In that case, there is a simple agreement that you sign when you check in at the front desk so we do not have an agreement that you need to sign and send back to us ahead of securing the reservation. Other properties may have a lease agreement that your can review online and which we will send automatically when you choose to book the unit.

All the properties managed by resorts and hotels are treated the same as booking a hotel room. In that case, you will be given a key when you check in at the front desk. Individual properties may have electronic keys or combination locks. You will provided with full instructions and lock codes (when appropriate) with your reservation confirmation.

The cleaning fee will always be included in the final price we quote. On some properties we have to account for it as a separate line-item for tax purposes but we will never use a bait-and-switch tactic of underpricing our rentals to get you interested and then gouging you with excessive cleaning fees.

We always include all fees in the final price we quote. There are seldom any extra fees unless you want to purchase golf or show tickets. If some individual properties have additional fees for unusual circumstances or special services, they will be clearly specified in the confirmation.

Some properties are pet-friendly and others are not. Be sure to let us know when you inquire if you are bringing a pet, what kind of pet, and how much it weighs. Many properties have a 40lb weight limit and others have a limit of 2 pets but we can often find a place that will take larger dogs and more than 2. In fact, we are one of the few services that can provide accommodations for large dogs in Stonebridge Resort.

All the properties managed by resorts and hotels are treated the same as booking a hotel room. In that case, the units are covered by their full-time maintenance staff. If you find anything disagreeable, be sure to call the front desk right away and they will take care of it. General problems will be handled immediately during working hours. Emergencies will be addressed 24/7. There is never any extra charge for this service unless it is to address damage caused by your group to the unit.

The East Gate is only 3 miles to the Branson Entertainment Strip and it is just West of the traffic bypass routes so staying at Stonebridge Resort is often the best location to get anywhere in Branson quickly.

Some of our Condo and Villa units, and the Suites and Standard Rooms are in buildings with four or more units. The Patio Home is a townhome with one adjacent unit. All the one-bedroom lodges in Stonebridge Resort are in duplex buildings (two units per building.) Most other lodges (2, 3, 4, 6 – Bedrooms) are stand-alone cabins with no adjoining units. Hotel rooms are always in multi-unit buildings.

Stonebridge Resort is gated and guarded 24/7 so none of the Branson tourist energy gets in. Only owners, residents and guests get through the gates so Stonebridge is always quiet and serene, even in the peak of the Summer season.

Stonebridge Resort does not have any indoor pools but we have made arrangements with a nearby facility to use their indoor pool if you want. It’s only a short distance further than the clubhouse (which you’d have to drive to anyway if there was an indoor pool there.) Other units, resorts and hotels may have indoor pools. Please check the listing for details.

In Missouri, a private gated community must take full responsibility for all its own roads. As a result, Stonebridge Resort has its own road crews and equipment. They always clear the roads for guests staying at the resort first so you never have to worry about having to wait half the day for the county to get around to clearing your roads.

Stonebridge Resort has two gates. The “West Gate” is also the main (guarded) gate. You will be given a pass to drive through that gate either going in or out. You will want to use this gate for grocery shopping at the nearby Super Walmart. The “East Gate” is the closest to Silver Dollar City, and to Branson. You can go out this gate (it will open automatically as you drive up to the gate) but you cannot come in through this gate unless you follow a resident who uses their pass to come in this gate. The gate does not support temporary pass cards.
